Digitization changes the workplace: We are currently experiencing fast paced developments in genetic engineering, artificial intelligence, robotics, nanotechnology and 3D printing, to name but a few examples. Computers are taking over human tasks at a growing pace, resulting in considerable change for many occupations. Jobs with a high potential for automation can be easily replaced. Strategic personnel planning is becoming more and more important – and this is where we provide added value. We offer a targeted approach to help companies with their internal succession planning. In this way, internal and external retraining measures can be oriented on the employees’ potential. After all, we already know that the number of new jobs exceeds the size of the talent pool available on the labor market.
