Learn to use the Hogan assessments independently and profitably in your company: In our 3-day Hogan certification workshop you will learn in detail the basics of the three Hogan dimensions (HPI potentials, HDS risks and MVPI values) as well as their main and subscales. PREPARATION – Your personal assessments:
In preparation for the certification workshop, you will go through all three Hogan assessments yourself and receive an introduction to your personal results via video call from one of our Hogan experts. Subsequently, we will activate a preparatory Hogan Pre-Workshop learning module for you, which you will complete online before the start of the certification.
FOLLOW-UP – Final test and certificate:
After completing the certification, you will receive access to the Hogan Post-Workshop module within a few days, with which you will apply what you have learned in a final test and prove your knowledge. You can then download your lifetime Hogan certificate.
