HOGAN ASSESSMENTS CERTIFICATION

The evidence-based and highly valid Hogan personality procedures are a powerful tool for your talent management – across the entire employee life cycle: from employee selection and onboarding, through personnel development, succession planning or outplacement.

Learn to use the Hogan assessments independently and profitably in your company: In our 3-day Hogan certification workshop you will learn in detail the basics of the three Hogan dimensions (HPI potentials, HDS risks and MVPI values) as well as their main and subscales. In addition, our Hogan experts train with you the correct interpretation of the assessment results as well as to give comprehensible and goal-oriented feedback.

The following modules complete our Hogan certification workshop

PREPARATION – Your personal assessments:

In preparation for the certification workshop, you will go through all three Hogan assessments yourself and receive an introduction to your personal results via video call from one of our Hogan experts. Subsequently, we will activate a preparatory Hogan pre-workshop learning module for you, which you will complete online before the start of the certification.

POST-CERTIFICATION – Final test and certificate:

After completing the certification, you will gain access to the Hogan post-workshop module within a few days, where you will take a final test to apply what you have learned and demonstrate your knowledge. You will then be able to download your lifetime Hogan certificate.

THE HOGAN REFRESHER – AS OFTEN AS YOU LIKE
