Developing executives’ leadership competences is another important element of talent management. We help you to define career development goals or prepare those responsible for feedback talks with employees.
As an example, we carry out coaching or 360 degrees feedback. We measure individual decision-making behavior and give instructions for optimization. We are also happy to support you with tailored on-boarding of decision-makers, taking into account a person’s individual personality and the company’s requirements. We use on-site meetings to support talents and executives in identifying strengths and potentials and defining development fields, as well as creating an individual and tailored development plan. The on-site meeting clarifies expectations and priorities, creating the optimal basis for cooperation between talents and executives. In the on-boarding context, in particular, this helps uncover potential and develop talents from the start by immediately and effectively addressing development fields. Customer-specific offers such as workshops or management audits (supporting recruiting meetings) are also part of the portfolio.
