Agile Leader Assessment (ALA) Certification-Workshop
- Duration: 1-day (Mondays, 9:00 am – 4:00 pm) or 2-day (Fridays, 11:00 am – 2:00 pm and Mondays, 9:00 am – 12:00 pm)
- Location: online or in person (as an in-house workshop)
- Method: interactive workshop
- Language: English or German
- Group composition: open or in-house workshop
- Group size: 4-8 participants

- Digital transformation and its implications for the world of work – input, discussion
- Agile working & the new leadership role – exercise, discussion, input
- The concept of agile leadership; background, the three critical behaviors and four competencies of agile leadership – input
- Your own ALA profile – small group work
- The ALA; Diagnostic principles, what do we measure and how? – input
- Understanding of what is behind it; skills and personality – input, reading, own evaluation, small group work
- Feedback, coaching and developing agile leadership skills – practice feedback discussions, small group work, input

Virgilia Jansen-Preilowski, Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Industrial & Organizational Psychology, has been a trainer for certifications at metaBeratung for many years and works internationally as a consultant, trainer and coach.
