USING THE HOGAN PERSONALITY METHOD PROFITABLY
Hogan Personality Assessments are based on the three dimensions of personality: potential, risk and individual values. Based on the strengths and weaknesses analyzed in our personality procedures, targeted recommendations can be formulated for the development of your employees.
You can use the personality procedures individually and, after successful certification, conduct development discussions yourself. Our consulting approach primarily relates to the development of employees into leaders, the targeted development of managers, the effective composition of teams and the development of your corporate culture.
