Executive coaching helps leaders assess their company’s collective and individual strengths and weaknesses. Since the coaching topics are naturally based on the existing competencies of the respective executive, the first step is an as-is analysis: Where do you stand now and where do you want to go? Then your requirements profile is created: What do you need to achieve the previously defined goals?
Our coaches then discuss suitable measures with you, which are subjected to a joint performance review at regular intervals. In this way, the measures can be optimized if necessary.
