Assessments

The Hogan Personality Assessments focus on three facets of personality: potential, risks, and personal values. All procedures are based on decades of research and refer, among other things, to the Five Factor Model (FFM), which is considered the reference model in personality psychology.

The special aspect of the Hogan personality procedures, apart from their high validity, is that they observe the external perception, i.e. the reputation of a person. In concrete terms, this means how a person is perceived by superiors, colleagues, clients, etc.

All three methods can be used independently of each other. We will be happy to advise you on the selection of the Hogan Online Assessment that suits you best.
