You will receive detailed information on a person’s leadership strengths and competencies, derailment tendencies and performance risks anchored in their personality under stress, as well as core values and motivators of leaders.

As a supplement to the LFS package, you will receive the LFS Summary for Managers, which provides a concise and comprehensible summary of all information pertaining to the performance strengths, challenges, and motivators of an executive.

In addition to the assessment results, the summary includes specific recommendations for the executive’s (further) career development and offers guidance on how you, as the superior, can provide active support.

Another component of the summary is a quantitative evaluation of all measured dimensions, including percentile rankings.
