The Hogan 360° report analyses a person’s expertise and behaviour from different perspectives. The report focusses on the comparison between self-image and public image. For this the report uses an anonymous survey of up to five groups of people including the participants self-evaluation. The result is an all-round view (360°) on a person’s behaviour.
The Hogan 360° allows you to interview five groups (e.g. supervisors, colleagues and clients) anonymously and measure an employee’s reputation. Also a development plan is included.
