Business Breakfast Zurich

At our Business Breakfast in Zurich on September 8, 2023, Nicole Neubauer, CEO of metaBeratung, presented the agency ‘Personality Guidance’, which was founded in 2023, as the new Hogan distributor in Switzerland. This event united Swiss industry experts and provided a valuable networking opportunity at a high level. We had the pleasure of being guests once again at the beautiful Hotel Widder, located in the heart of Zurich’s old town.

During his presentation titled ‘Go Team Go!!’, our speaker and special guest Kyle Cermak, Regional Director Europe of Hogan Assessments, provided valuable insights into how personality can affect teamwork.

In her presentation “Why Diversity Matters”, Dr. Patricia Widmer, Founder and Managing Partner of Aalto AG, explained that diversity is not just about gender, but also about suitability for a position.

After these valuable contributions and Q&A sessions, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast and had the opportunity to meet with the speakers, as well as the ‘metaBeratung’ and ‘Personality Guidance’ team in person.
