Bettina Hirth


Bettina Hirth has more than 25 years of international, cross-sector experience in personnel and leadership development and talent management. She accompanies people, teams and organizations in developing their potential in a systemic and solution-oriented way. In doing so, sustainable effectiveness and the anchoring of measures in the corporate culture are particularly important to her.

Bettina Hirth studied psychology in Italy. As a management consultant, she was responsible for numerous projects in international companies in the areas of qualification, talent programs, assessment centers and coaching. In 2007, she returned to Germany and took over the management of the talent and development area for Central and Eastern Europe at an American group. In 2012, she moved to a global German bank and was first responsible for a talent and development area and then led the Employee Engagement Practice. Since 2018 Bettina Hirth is again a management consultant. She is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and accredited as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC). She has been a freelancer at metaBeratung since 2018.
