Caroline has worked as a consultant in the field of assessment, selection and development of executives and talent for many years. She supported companies on a national and global level in their strategic personnel selection and development as well as in organizational development and change management projects for larger transformations. She is an experienced assessor for individual assessments and assessment centers and has worked with leaders from the frontline up to C-level executives. As a coach, she supports managers in their development to realise their potential fully to increase performance in their current role or when transitioning into a new role. She has successfully designed and implemented initiatives in the areas of “New Leadership” and “New Work”.
