Nina Holler

Nina Holler serves SMEs, coaches and HR consultancies as a client consultant. The focus of her consulting is on the Hogan personality methods and 360° assessments. As project manager for the “Leadership Versatility Index”, she creates sustainable added value for clients and candidates. In personnel selection, Nina Holler defines requirement profiles and advises her clients on candidate pre-selection and final selection. In HR development, she designs programs for specialists and managers and uses psychometric personality and/or 360° methods to find the right profile for a specific position.

Nina Holler studied educational science and Italian philology at the Ruhr University in Bochum, where she earned a Master of Arts degree. At the same time, she worked as an HR specialist in a personnel consultancy and advised medium-sized companies on personnel decisions based on psychometric measurement methods. She has been working for metaBeratung since 2017.
