Certification

Stefan Boog has been working as a trainer and expert in potential diagnostics for over 20 years. His focus in consulting and training is on the development and selection of executives up to senior management level. He has been decisively involved in many national and international projects and has worked with very different target groups in many industries. In addition to his experience with projects in Europe, he has worked in the USA, South America, Africa and the Middle East.

Since completing his studies, Stefan has been working for a number of international consulting firms. He supports metaBeratung with certification for the use of the Hogan inventories, assessment centers with a selection and development focus, programs for the development of leadership skills and team building.
