Susanne Nannsen has been advising companies on the selection and development of managers for more than 30 years. Her focus is on the elaboration and implementation of procedures with which the potential of a manager can be reliably assessed. The goal is to define and implement the optimal measure for the respective company-specific requirements. Her experience in conducting classic leadership training enables Susanne Nannsen to coach executives and develop teams.
Susanne Nannsen holds a degree in psychology from the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg. She then worked in various research projects in industrial and organizational psychology and as a lecturer, but soon decided to become a consultant. Until 2003 she was a partner in a consulting firm and until 2010 a member of the supervisory board of a steel company. Since 2006 she has been a freelancer for metaBeratung.
